I received intimation U/S 245 of IT Act with outstanding demand, and i found there is an error in filling ITR, So can i submit reply by filing revised return to that intimation?

Yes, provided original return filed u/s. 139(1); or else file rectification request u/s. 154

Depends upon your filling of original return; if belated, revised return not possible.
