I have just received an intimation under 200A/206CB of I.T. Act on Interest on Late deduction/collection of TDS. my question is after making the payment in 281 challan Please help me out how to revise the return .

Interest may nullified from traces .

You may also pay interest and go either by traces or from Tds correction statement.

Which utility you are using for Tds filing ?

So after payment I have to make changes from traces, right? what is this TDS correction statement?

After payment , you can nullify the demand from traces online.

Tds Correction statement is just like revised ITR.
For your under understanding you call it as Tds revised return : Officially it is Tds correction statement
