I have got two intimation for AY 2016-17 & 2017-18.
Case1- for AY 2016-17 intimation demand amount is rs 50 which is I have filed same as original, in original I have showed total income from all sources is rs473000 wrongly but when revised return should made rs8200.so intimation is coming as original , Means revised is not taken up and original proceed.in this condition What should I do for reply ITD ?
Case 2- for AY 2017-18 intimation shows difference value rs 3 calculation between ito and AO.but total return and amount both are finally rs "0".then what should reply to ITD for this intimation.

Firstly for A.Y. 2016-17 when you have filed revised return ?, If revised return is filed before the orginal return is processed and accepted then revised return hold good, otherwise not.
For A.Y.2017-18, as per the government circular ant deman below Rs. 100/- is neither payable nor demanded.
