Intimation u/s 143(1)

Recently I received CPC letter u/s 143(1) .When I submitted my return I took deduction of house loan paid u/s 24 ,because of it ,my taxable income ws under taxable limit.But in this intimation the department added deduction amount in GTI and imposed tax...What should I do ..?
