Intimation received twice for same action (and no pending action)

Hi All.

 

I received an initimation on Sep 6 regarding "Response to Confirm or Revise claim of refund" which I completed by going into 'Worklist' and confirming that -

1. The claim of refund is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

 

I have again received the same email on Sep 13 with same details asking me complete the action. However there are no pending actions in my Worklist.

Would I be right in assuming that it is just that an auto-triggered email or do I need to follow-up (though I dont know how)

Any help would be appreciated.

It is system stagnation. Before your reply got processed the email triggered.

So, no need to take any action.
