25 June 2015W.e.f. 01/06/2015, we have to intimate any foreign payment in priscribed form. In this regards, weather we have to inform these information while filing eTDS return in Form 27Q (Where TDS is not applicable. eg. Import of Raw material, spare parts etc.)

Hi,
Form 27Q is only when there is any TDS deduction and where TDS is applicable but not deducted because of different reasons (say no deduction /lower deduction certificate). But there is no requirement of showing all foreign payments in the Form 27Q. Hence payments made for import of raw materials, spare parts etc.. where no TDS is applicable, are not required to be disclosed in the Form 27Q.
