Dear All,
Should it be intimated to excise department of commencement of commercial production of a new production line for a manufacturing unit which is already running two production lines?
Kindly clarify my doubt with references if any.

If you are not going to avail any exemption then i think it's not required in case of substantial expansion under the same registration. pls cross check.
