July to sept no purchase and sales. also not filed returns.
now can he do sales on existing gst no. without penalty. or has to apply for fresh gst.
for gst no ur pan no is base so u cant
apply for same pan no a another gst no
and if u register in gst u need to fill return
is respect of nil business also
