A Composition taxpayer can make Interstate Sale or not.

Dear Mr Ashish Kumar Jain,
As per section 10 sub section 2 clause d, strictly prohibited the composition taxpayer not to trade in inter state supply.

So, if you are planning for inter state supply your remedy of being composition taxpayer got cancelled
