interstate purchase or intra state

We are a registered dealer in Tamil Nadu. We have paid Freight Charges to a Unregistered Transporter (GTA) in Karnataka against our goods transported from Karnataka to Tamil Nadu. Please advice whether we pay IGST or CGST/SGST under reverse Charge Mechanism for GTA ? Please advice the Place of Supply, Type of Supply.
