Can a manufacturer exporter buy inter-state goods on H form.
If not what is the method to eliminate 2% CST cost as export must be taxes/duty free.

A manufacturer can not buy raw materials or components of his product from interstate suppliers using H form. There is no way to eliminate 2% CST........mjk
