interst n late fees reg.

We have taken branch GSTIN for branch in May 18. Periodicity is quarterly. I have excess credit for may n june 18. While filing GSTR 3B for june 18 , late fees showing as Rs 2675 n SGST Rs 2675. How this much interst is showing? Please inform

Late Fee is autopopulated in GSTR 3B return. But, Interest will be calculate Ourself only.

But, You are taken Registration in May-18. Try to file June-18...

But, When You try filing Your GSTR 3B return...? No more details from Your end.

on 5th october I have filed may return n on same day i was trying to file june return.

Oh God...
The May-18 GSTR 3B return due Date On or before 20th June-18. You missed the due date and filed on 5th October-18. May GSTR 3B filed after 107 days.

Late fee calculated 107 X 25 = 2675 in each head. This value auto calculated in June-18 GSTR 3B return.

So, Pay the late fee and file the return.

Note : Better to file Your GSTR 3B on or before Due date and Avoid Late Fee.
