Hi Raj.. I know a professor.
Her name is Aneri Dani. She is an excellent professor and a tax professional herself. She provides a blend of theoretical as well as practical working of international taxation.
The problem is that in India, the subject of International taxation is not very well developed. There is no structured learning and the updation is mostly on judicial precedents. These judicial precedents give contrary views, they themselves rely on foreign authors etc. Thus there is no clarity and certainity in law. At this budding stage it is important for you to have conceptual clarity, understand various aspects of international taxation, principles followed etc. Aneri has done Masters in international taxation. Thus, she can guide you well through the complex but intresting maze of international taxation.
Aneri has done LLM in International taxation from Lieden University, where she secured 4th rank. She is a rank holder in CA Final examiniations.
She has over 10 years of experience in international taxation, FEMA.
I would recommend you and everyone to get in touch with her for classes on international taxation.
You can contact her on 9870748757.
