I want to know about how to implement Internal Control Over Financial Reporting. Is there any reference available on any website or any where? Any books or any other materials available? Please do the needful.

Icai has issued guideline on implementation. If you purchase the book you will get a CD which contains some appendix which gives better insight into Ifc implementation
