Can any one of you help me in getting the professional format for presenting the internal audit report. Can you also arrange the software/ tool for conducting the internal audit.

HI iternal audit report begins with the executive summary which contains the summary of all the dscrepancies and then department wise audit report is prepared thanks

Internal audit is conducted to give a real picture to the financial position of the concerned company.So, it depends on the conducting auditors strength i.e., how much they are capable of give a true picture to the financial position of the business.
So, there is nothing to help on this point the only thing is this that it depends on the mental ability and an auditor strength, to give up for the company.

I want a demo of Internal Audit Report of a manufacturing concern engaged in the extraction of coconut oil where there is lots of loopholes in the system
