Giving internal audit report of an assessess is a difficult job. You should ask for the areas to be covered, format of the internal audit report etc.

meghal, like statutory audit report there is no rigid format for internal audit report but it depends on various circumstances though for understanding i am have send u an internal audit report of co-op sty.hope u like it and gain some knowledge.

every drafted audit report cant be same.

frnd for internal audit draft report can't b same but for statutory audit there is specific format

Yes. There is no fixed format for internal audit report. It differs accourding to the suituation and the purpose of audit. I have emailed a format of internal audit report used by me.
