Internal audit -query!!

Actually I need to conduct Internal Audit in a Pvt Ltd Co.

I want to know - 

What are the statutory forms and registers and returns that the company should have filed under

1. The Factories Act, 1948

2. The Payment of Wages Act, 1936

3. The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970

4. The Employee State Insurance Corporation Act, 1948

What all should I check with respect to compliance with these acts?
