Can an internal audit of a firm be carried out by a CA Final student in his / her individual capacity? if yes, will the remuneration received by him / her be laible for deduction of TDS U/s 194J. Kindly suggest.

Yes, an internal auditor can be a non-CA as well. If he is working in professional capacity TDS should be covered under 194J

As per my knowledge a person who has passed IPCC is deemeed to be graduate . and he become Professionally Qualified Person.
Therefore firm is required to deduct TDS Under Section 194J.
