and what is the difference ? how it is not a dairy?

By what stretch of imagination can milk production from cow be considered under agricultural activities. It dors not involve ploughing, seeding, weeding, harvesting etc.
As per sec 2 (1A), income from sale of milk and milk products is taxable . However there can be a tax planning.,if the milk producer is having some land on which it raises small crop and his 10 cattle. Also, that milk producer resides on the same land. He can qualify it as farm income.
Dairy income is not an agri income

agri income and diary income are different.. diary income should be classified as business income,,,

agri income means any income comes from land or rent of land or firm house situated in land.. thats all... any other income doest not come under agri income...
