why interest is charged even the ITR is filed before the extended last date 31.12.2020. How it is to be corrected or ITR to be filed without interest as it automatically system calculated.

1. Even though the amount is system calculated, you can always edit the interest amount in ITR Utility
2. If this issue came to light after filing ITR, you will probably receive intimation u/s 143(1) of income tax act, 1961 where the system will calculate any discrepancies or arithmetic error and you will be refunded if excess amount is charged.
