Can anybody tell me what is the rate of interest on service tax for delay payment. Please send in excel format its useful for me.

Dear Sathis,
Rate is 13% per annum..
Calculation is to be made on daywise & not on month wise (as in Income Tax)
i:e for delay of 10 days interest will be Amount x 13/100 x 10/365

it is on daywise and not monthwise......
