What is the present rate of interest to be paid on delayed payments, please give with relevant notification reference.

Dear Mr. Sreekumar,
Present rate of interest on delayed payment of excise duty is 18% p.a. (refer Notification no. 6/2011-Central Excise (N.T.) dt. 01.03.2011)
