As per the recent Notfn. the interest credited by the bank to the Depositors whether TDS deducted or not dhas to be included.

yes but that notification relates to CBS software... circular no 3/2010 dated march 2nd 2010
there are circumstances say for time deposits TDS need not be decuted where provisonin credits is being made through CBS software
