should i pay interest on reverse charge i did not paid on frieght from apr 18 and not claimed and if is to be submitted then how much

yes pay interest @ 18% p.a
yes you have to pay interest.
can i claim itc itc if pay 5% onreverse charge
yes you can claim itc of rcm paid
