suppose, I have two self occupied property....I am the only owner of my both properties...
I have taken loan on both the properties...
my question is....
can I avail the deduction of interest amount up to 30000/200000 on both the properties individually or I can avail aggregate amount of interest on both which does not exceed 30000/200000????

You can avail maximum 2lacs interest.

You can consider upto two self occupied properties but maximum limit is 2lacs only

The maximum limit of Rs. 2 Lacs is cumulative for both the loans.
