if in gstr3b we offset outward liability with input but 3b is file after due date still there is any need to pay interest ?

Yes... If you have any Liability and You are paid after the due date then You ll be pay Interest for the outstanding liability...
Interest rate @ 18%.
Interest rate @ 18%.

Yes you will liable to pay interest @ 18% p.a for ex. if you are filing 3b for month of april 2018 and offset your liability on or before 20th may but filed after due date it is advisable to pay interest @ 18% from due date to date of filing in next month gstr 3b

if sales is undervalued in case when we rectify it next month so in this case there is requirement to calculate interest?
