interest is applicable on date of payment or filing a return???
july to sept gstr 4 due date of filing date is 15.11.17, if we want to make payments on 06.11.17 weather interest applicable or not???

Interest is applicable for late payment... The Quarter of "JULY to SEPTEMBER" payment date is 18th October. If you ll be pay on 06/11/17 also you ll pay interest from 19th October to 6th November..
