Dear All
Mr.A has bought house property on feb-11and repayment of loan has started from mar-11. Can he claim interest and principal amount of loan in his income tax return.

yes interest can be claimed u/s 24 and repayment of housing loan u/s 80C

Deduction can be claimed u/s 80C.
