Interest on house loan
hai, i filed ITR-4 for A.Y 2015-16 on 13-02-2017 and claimed a loss from house property of Rs.104135 ( Interest on House Loan ). The dept issued u/s 143(1) with demand to pay tax Rs.31900 without considering the loss. Can any one guide me how can make further step

Find out the reason as to why they rejected your claim. I mean check the form to verify whether you have filled all the details correctly in the right columns or not??
If possible send me 143(1), i may solve your problem.
