If i am filing GSTR 3B for the month of april 18 then interest is applicable or not on my tax lability.

no interest will be calculated

Yes, interest is applicable @ 18%p.a.

Wheather there is input or tax payable for that month.
if tax payable then only interest will attract @ 18%

Interest applicable @ 18% p.a on tax liability.
