Interest in case of excess credit

By mistake I have took credit of IGST for Rs. 1000 and I haven't utilised it yet so that it is showing under IGST credit. Now I'm reversing it. Am I liable to pay any interest as I haven't utilised it?

yes 24% P.a. as per sec 50(3).
