interest for composition

I had filed a competition file yesterday. The portal is asking for late fee as well as interest. Has interest for late payment started in gst portal for composition?

rate of interest is 18%pa. Will be calculated proportionately

noooo..intrest not calculated till now ... it ask only for late fee but in msg late fee and intrest both show ... but it mean only late fee ..

calculate 25 cgst and 25 sgst per day for late fee

I agree with you. Interest wasn't calculated till now. But now it is calculating @ 18%pa
