For return for the month of May 18, system is showing due date as 31/03/19 and calculating interest from April 19 onwards. Should we calculate interest u/s 50 from April 19 or it has to be calculated from June'18.

yes beacouse till 31st the late fees and interest were waved

calculate from April 19 in case you have late payment of filling return and payment of Tax
or it's related to ITC then you have to calculate from the month from which have to reverse these ITC
or it's related to ITC then you have to calculate from the month from which have to reverse these ITC
