We have to file GSTR3B by tomorrow, but oversite we have deposited cash amounts in wrong heads. Not small amount to repay again. So,if we have not filed GSTR 3B, how much interest and penalty we have to pay.
My humble request for experts please suggest us urgently to take decission by our Management

For July 2017 payment there is no interest leviable......... so no question of any penalty, but file 3B......

After adjustment of ITC, the balance without payment of GST amount can we file 3B?

No, you cannot....... unless there is balance available in ledger. (as you have paid tax in wrong head.............)

I had read your valuable reply. I had a different problem. I have successfully submitted TRAN 1 form but not filed the same.
I also paid the tax due. While trying to file GSTR 3B the message says that you have only submitted the TRAN 1, so please file the TRAN 1 first and then file GSTR 3B, But whenever i tried to filed the TRAN 1 form it says SYSTEM ERROR FOR GSTIN >>>>>>1Z0..
Now what should i do , I do not find ways to resolve the problem and file the returns within due date,
Please give suggestions for filing and also regarding interest on late filing.
