21 April 2022We will paid GST tomorrow(i.e 22/04/22) Rs. 510,000.00(CGST 265500 & SGST 244500.00) for the Month of Mar,22 which actual due date was 20/04/22
After Calculation we found Interest Come (CGST 261.00 + SGST 241.00) & Late Fee come Rs. 100(CGST 50.00+ SGST 50.00)
Now Our Question is Late fee will come Automatically Next Month in GSTR 3B , but Interest will paid this Month return(i.e. March,22) or Next Month return(i.e April,22) ?

Late fees will auto-populate in next month's GSTR 3B.
Interest to be paid in the March month GSTR 3B while showing the tax payment.

One need to discharge the interest payment along with GSTR 3b itself

On payment of GSTR 3b your interest amount gets freezes so in case you don't pay interest with gstr3b the amount if asked in drc 01 would remain same so you may avoid interest payment for now

Note that we already paid Interest Rs. (CGST 261.00+ SGST 241.00) in March ,2022 GSTR3B return with the payment of Actual Tax(i.e. 510000.00)
But when we check our GSTR 3B Return for the Month of April,22 we seethat Interest (CGST 261.00+ SGST 241.00) & Late Fee both come Automatically.
Now What we will done April,22 GSTR3B Return because Interest amount already paid in 03,2022 return only due Late Fees????????????
