FOR THE AY 2008-09 AND AY 2009-10 AFTER DEDUCTING THE TDS
BUT I HAVE NOT FILED MY INCOME TAX RETURN.
CAN I FILE MY RETURNS UPTO 31-03-2010.
AND WHETHER THERE IS ANY INTEREST FOR THE NON FILING OF ITR .

Belated Return should be filed within one year from the end of relevant A.Y.
Therefore, for A.Y.08-09 - return should be filed before 31.03.2010......
A.Y. 09-10 - 31.03.11......
If no tax to be paid then no Interest...............You can file the return..........
