can composition taxable person able to import goods from outside the states?

Yes.
Yes their is no bar on import of goods by Composition dealer from another state.
Yes he can import without any limitations
he received goods but he can't supply interstate..
Yes interstate purchase- inward supplies can be done by composition dealer but they can't make interstate supplies.
