pls suggest us regarding inter state supply entry in 3b. what table we used for 3b 3.1 or 3.2 or both please suggest asep

in 3.1 , it must come all intra & inter supplies
and at 3.2 it comes only when supply is inter-state and to unregistered an dthe same to be included in 3.1
