inter state supply entry in 3b

pls suggest us regarding inter state supply entry in 3b. what table we used for 3b 3.1 or 3.2 or both please suggest asep

in 3.1 , it must come all intra & inter supplies

and at 3.2 it comes only when supply is inter-state and to unregistered an dthe same to be included in 3.1

inter-state supplies to unregistered persons, composition taxable persons or UIN holders? (Table 3.2)
