No. Movement of material for job work in the course of interstate or intrastate is not taxable. You should send the goods for job work based on delivery challan and e-way bill. You are not required to issue any tax invoice and pay taxes. However, the material sent should be received back or supplied from the job worker's premise within 1 year.
