workshop in Haryana vehicle comes from Delhi registered under GST is it intra or inter supply in respect of part and labour on one invoice.

Location of supplier - haryana Place of supply- haryana Its is intra state composite supply

1) Recipient cannot claim Input tax credit

if recipient is principle company providing warranty on customer vehicle,invoice raised to principle company applied cgst & sgst on parts no ITC available to principle company & loss of ITC. if both parts & labour have applicability of IGST seamless credit available as says in GST.
