Can XYZ Pvt Ltd give loan to ABC Pvt Ltd

XYZ Pvt. Ltd. cannot give loan to the ABC Limited under section 185 as it will be considered as loan to directors whereas ABC Pvt Ltd has no problem to accept inter corporate deposits.
