related question, in one Group in one paper say we get between 40-59, and get an exemption in another paper in the same group.. do we still need to appear for that one paper in which we got 40-59 marks?

yes if you fail to achieve aggregate marks in each group then the subject in which you didn't score 60 or more you need to write the same in next exam

bhanu ji please contact icai help line i am correct and exemption is only for 1 subj in group .

u can get any two exemptions for next attempt.if u get any three exemptions then u should leave any one subject nd u have to write remaining two subject's

u can secure any two exemptions for next attempt nd u should attempt the next two papers
