My question is..If inter branch stock transfer is considered as supply then will it be taxable as normal supply?
If yes, Doesn't it lead to double taxation as also charged tax before actual sale and at the time of real sale??

If You mean Inter State Branch Supply (Transfer)?
If Yes... Then GST applicable for the transactions between Two GSTIN.
