Insurance on Employees

friends
one of my client had had done insurance for it's employees

how can I treated that insurance

can I treated it as just expense and charge to pandl account
or
it will show under balance sheet

what is the accounting treatment.

Under expenses head as "EMPLOYEE BEBIFIT EXPENSES"

Under Indirect Expenses...

Also divide the Insurance amount as per eligible dates and balance will be transferred to Prepaid Insuarance
