Sir, I am earning a commission income  in this relevant year . And  Tds deducte of 11702 Rs  on 233981.

So please tell me which itr form i have to file or do i have to make P&L ,Balance sheet report in this concern.

Can i claim the whole tds as refund .

So please tell me .

- ITR 3 is better...

or

- Yes...

Can i claim the whole tds as refund
- Yes... You can claim the TDS as Refund.
