Insurance for cars - software?

Hey guys - just started a new website on auto insurance companies in India and their performance, theinsurer.  I wanted to write an article for companies and insurance agents/brokers for how IT/software can help them. But I am not having any luck in finding such softwares. I know a bunch use tally etc but do you guys know any insurance specific accounting software that agents typically use and can help other agents?
