Business. It cannot fall under any other head.
ITR 4 WILL BE FILED ITS A BUSINESS INCOME
ITR 4 ONLY.

insurance advisors income treated as bussiness income , ITR 4 will be filed.
u have to treat it under the head Profit or Gains from Business or Profession
In ITR-4 : Business Income/ Code (0301)
