Hi

First go to www.mca.gov.in and log in the site. There in services you will find a tab "View Public Documents". Just click the tab and fill in the CIN of the Company of which you want to see the documents. Pay Rs. 50 on the site through credit card/internet banking/challan. After payment you will be able to see the documents in "My documents". You can download the same. Hey but beware the documents are available only for three hours after u have made the payment.

Khushboo Maheshwari, thank you so much for the reply!

Hi, another problem appeared. To get the accese to the documents I need to fill in Company CIN (it's ok) and Company Registration Number. What is it Company Registration Number? Is it number given by RBI? Where can I get it?

Dear Ms. Sonia,

If you wanted to inspect public document on MCA portal, its mandatory requirement is that you have 21 digit CIN No. i.e. U 92419DL2007PTC160548  of company issued by ROC at the time of  registration of company.

The last 6 digit of the CIN is the company registration number i.e. 160548.

Regards

Ajay Mishra, thank you very much for the reply.

Hi.......to find CIN of the Company go to www.mca.gov.in On the home page at the left hand side there is a tab "Other Services". In that tab there is a dropdown list showing Find CIN/GLN. Click the same and then there wil be 4 options for you. Select the second one and fill in the name of the Company. You wil get the CIN of 21 digits as mentioned by Ajay.

Thanks all for your reples! I heard that since 2005 in ROC they don't  keep the documents on paper, only electronic version. Is this information is correct? And should Minutes book be filed, or only extras of resolutions must be filed?

Minutes book is not required to be filed. However, the extracts as may be required according to context be filed along with requisite e-forms.
