If, for an assessee, assessment is already completed u/s 143(3)/144/147, can notice u/s 142(1) (ii) still be issued? If yes, under what circumstances?

no, notice u/s 142(1)(ii) is issued along with other notices under assessments......
but this notice cannot be sent after completion of assessment
