Point No. 1. No any Input Credit (Vat) as on 30.06.2017 in our perivous retun (June'2017) but excise duty paid stock in our hand then also we should file Transition Forms for claim of Excise duty

there is option in the Trans 1 to get the credit of the input cenvat credit paid on the stock in hand at the time of applicability of GST act i.e 1-7-2017
so you should file trans 1
